Museums and nonprofits are often key partners to K-12 environments and they serve an essential need in adult learning. We guide museums and nonprofits by amplifying their expertise, content, and collections through digital scaling strategies.
How we Serve
- Facilitate the visioning of an online and blended learning strategy
- Train staff in new ways to craft content to reach a broader and more diverse audience
- Implement strategies and structures to facilitate new technologies for learning, e.g., LMS selection and development, video-enhanced learning, social media engagement, and building online teaching communities
Nonprofit Clients
The Museum of Flight
We guided the museum by:
- Pivoting to online and blended learning formats for all its education programs
- Training the education team in designing, building, and refining their educational content across programs
This shift allowed them to scale to a national audience and expand their educational programs to those that would not otherwise have access.
A+ Alabama
We shepherded the institute by:
- Envisioning how to modernize their delivery of professional learning, expanding their reach beyond face-to-face offerings
- Modeling how to do flipped professional learning by offering an a la carte course series on planning, designing, and instructing in blended learning environments
Now, A+ Alabama has a rich set of online offerings that are getting high scores from teachers!
Sobrato Early Academic Learning (SEAL)
We led SEAL through:
- Shifting to online course delivery for its professional offerings to improve reach
- Crafting a set of design principles and its vision and strategy for implementation
- Assembling an LMS and infusing their content with video-enhanced learning
SEAL is now on its way to scaling their approach throughout the state of California.
